About six months before your wedding, it's time to start settling on who will be attending the wedding and get ready to send out the invitations. You'll also need to begin registering for gifts and continue planning for your ceremony and reception.

Here are the things that we recommend you finish about four to six months before your wedding. If you don't have that much time, don't worry! Just get them done as soon as possible. 

Wedding Ceremony & Reception

• Reserve an items you are renting items for your reception or ceremony.
• Order wedding reception programs and seating cards.
• Choose a location and a date and time for your rehearsal dinner.

Wedding Guests

• Finalize your guest list.
• Arrange for a hotel or other accommodations for guests arriving from out of town

Clothing

• Purchase your shoes and other accessories.
• Begin wearing your shoes occasionally so that they will be broken in during the wedding and ceremony. 

Gifts

• Shop for a wedding gift for your future spouse.
• Register for gifts.

Invitations & Announcements 

• Select and order your invitations and announcements.
• Select and order your thank you notes.
• Begin addressing wedding invitations and announcements.

Honeymoon 

• Start planning your honeymoon.
